We have a full-service hydraulic repair shop specializing in hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, and more! Whether your repair is for hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders, valves, and pumps, or other industrial components that require repair, you can be confident and know that K & S Industrial Repair, Inc has the training, expertise, and experience to complete the repair to your satisfaction.

Hydraulic Department

Our hydraulic cylinder specialists have more than 100 years of combined experience in repairing and manufacturing cylinders. We repair pneumatic, hydraulic, and obsolete cylinders. Our expert machinist can also design and build a custom cylinder to meet any commercial or agricultural need.

With our ability to rebuild, test, and adjust your hydrostatic drive, pump, or motor, you can rest assured that it's done correctly and according to the manufacturer’s specifications.

Hoses, Fittings, and Adapters

We offer both in-stock and custom-designed hoses and fittings to fit your specifications for any application or repair. With our extensive stock, most hose assemblies can be made while you wait.

Seal Department

K & S Industrial Repair, Inc offers over 19,000 standard and metric-size seals for all your hydraulic and pneumatic sealing needs. If we happen to not have stock of the seal you need, we order daily with fast next day delivery to have you up and running in no time.

K & S produces custom machined parts for all your repair needs. Our CNC technicians keep blueprints of your custom parts for future use if you need a duplicate part in the future. With three CNC Mills and two CNC Lathes we can produce multiple parts at the same time to keep your wait time to a minimum. We know your time is valuable and work hard to keep you running.

Our welding department provides expert ARC gouging, MIG, and TIG welding. Our experienced welders are ready to provide all your repair and fabrication needs.

We also offer contract welding crews to dispatch to your location for any job size from the smallest repair to large-scale long-term jobs.

Our CNC Plasma cutting machine is used daily for quick turnaround on fabrication jobs!

Waterjet Cutting

Within the machine shop world, waterjets are often used to streamline operational efficiencies, provide faster rough cutting for thick materials, or produce highly repeatable, tight tolerances up to .001".

The smooth, clean-cut edge, and cold cutting process allows you to reduce secondary processing and allows cutting of hard and soft materials on the same system. We have the capability to cut up to 6" thick material.

On Site Services

Our service trailer is stocked with all the tools, o-rings, hose, fittings and crimping capabilities to get your job done fast and efficiently on site!
